About the event

The Ke’nekt Cooperative is a Black Liberated Third Space where the community gathers. Our approach involves utilizing cultural insights to promote diversity, inclusion and grassroots community engagement to dismantle racial disparities.

Join us at the Ujamaafest, where we aim to empower the African American community through cooperative economics and financial literacy, in line with the principles of Kwanzaa.

Immerse yourself in a rich cultural celebration, complete with performances, STEM activities, the Kuumba Small Biz Marketplace and the Economic Heritage Small Business Pitch. The Ujamaafest Cooperative Economics Expo has cemented its position as one of the largest celebrations of Kwanzaa and financial literacy.
